大功率机车牵引拉杆拆装小车设计 专 业:车辆工程 学 号:20111310010426 学生姓名:罗壮 指导老师:肖乾 摘 要 随着经济的发展,大功率机车在铁路运输中扮演着越来越重要的角色,大功率机车的检修作业也随之增加。在机车保有量不变的前提下,则检修作业的效率与铁路运输的效益息息相关。然而,机车牵引拉杆不仅大而笨重,并且由于安装在车底,不能用天车调运,给维修人员造成很大的困扰。本次设计在借鉴现有大功率机车牵引拉杆拆装小车的基础上,对其在实际使用过程中的一些不足进行了改良和优化。小车走行部分采用后轮驱动,减速器采用蜗杆传动,前轮为万向导轮。操作平台部分具有纵向和横向的微调能力,并采用三级油缸双缸同步控制来实现操作平台的升降,且能满足牵引拉杆的倾斜拆装。设计过程使用了CAD、Pro/E等工程制图软件进行了大功率机车牵引拉杆拆装小车机械结构以及液压缸的建模,并用FluidSIM进行了液压系统的设计与仿真。 关键词:牵引拉杆; 拆装小车; 机械结构; 液压缸; 液压系统; 仿真 The design of the trolley used for disassembly and assembly of the draw bar of the high-power locomotives Abstract With the development of economy, the high-power locomotives plays a more and more important role in railway transportationin, and the maintenance of high-power locomotives is also increasing. On the premise of the same amount of the locomotive,the efficiency of maintenance is closely related to the benefit of railway transportation.However , the draw bar of the locomotive is not only big but also heavy, and because of installed under the vehicle, it can not be transported with a crane, so caused a great distress to maintenance personnel. The design improved some shortcomings of the existing trolley used for disassembly and assembly in actual use. The rotate of the rear wheel drive the trolley, and the rear wheel rotated by the worm gear reducer, the front wheel can be rotated at any angle.The operating platform can move laterally and vertically a little distance and rise or fall by two hydraulic cylinders which can move together, moreover it can be tilted when need. I have used the engineering drawing software,such as CAD, Pro/E to build the geometric model of the mechanical structure of the trolley and the hydraulic cylinder,besides I have designed and simulated the hydraulic system by FluidSIM.
