Unit 1 Seasons and Weather 教案 Ⅰ. Analysis of the teaching material In the unit, the main words are “warm, hot, cool, cold, spring, summer, fall, winter”. Show a picture of spring. 2) Talk about spring. 3) Introduce summer wither pictures. 4) Show the picture of fall. 5) Play the tape. Show the picture of winter. 6) Chant. 3. Practice Each two students in a group, practice the sentences “What’s the weather like in ..?” 4. Play the tape again. 1) Role-play. 2) Ask a question: What’s your favorite season? a) Sing a song. b) Encourage students to find the beauty in each season. Ⅸ.
