┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 安徽工业大学 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 共 2 页 第 PAGE 2 页 4MN挤压机工模具设计 摘　　要 挤压工具与模具在轻合金挤压加工工业中占有十分重要的地位。工模具质量的好坏，使用寿命的长短，往往是决定某一挤压工艺是否经济可行，某一新产品开发成败的关键要素。如何合理设计挤压工具及模具将关系到未来挤压工业的发展。 本设计系统的阐述了轻合金挤压工具和模具的特点、分类、结构、工作原理、工作条件以及工模具的设计原理、方法和步骤。并结合挤压模具CAD/CAM技术对挤压模具进行设计。其中利用CAXA电子图版对挤压模具进行二维设计并利用UG NX 3.0对挤压模具进行三维实体设计。 本设计主要针对4MN挤压机的工模具尺寸参数进行了设计计算和强度校核。其中挤压工具包括挤压筒、挤压杆、挤压垫片；挤压模具包括生产XC248号型材用单孔模，生产XC045号型材用多孔模，以及生产LX 0349号型材用平面分流模。设计中还配以图片及表格数据对设计过程进行详尽的说明。 关键词：轻合金，型材挤压，工具模具设计，模具设计 Extrusion tools and dies design for 4MN extrusion machine Abstract In the light alloy extrusion industry the extrusion tools are very important. The quality of tools and dies is good or bad. The length of service life of them is long or short. They are all the important factors to determine one extrusion technology is economical or desirable, and the development of one new product can be successful. How the extrusion tools and dies are designed will relate to the development of the extrusion industry in the future. This design instruction explain the character of the tools and the dies, the classified construction, the work principle and method and steps of the extrusion tools and dies design, and refer to the die CAD/CAM technology in the extrusion die design. The CAXA electronic painter in is used to design the extrusion dies in two dimension. And the UG NX 3.0 is used to design the extrusion dies in three dimension. In this design instruction , the 4MN extrusion machine is used as the example to design its measurement and parameter of tools and dies, and calibration process. The extrusion tools contain extrusion container, extrusion bar and extrusion band. The extrusion dies contain the one hole die used in producing the XC248profile, the multiplex holes dies used in producing XC045profile, and the prothole die used in producing LX0349 profile.
