城市社区思想政治工作研究 ——以长春市旺达社区为例 摘要：城市社区是现代城市居民的重要载体，将城市居民的文化、生活以及社会活动联系起来，从而保证城市社会的问题发展。通过分析城市社区思想政治工作，就能够发现当前存在的典型问题，在此基础上提出相应的改善措施，推动我国社区思想政治工作水平。城市社区思想政治工作的问题分析研究能够进一步完善我国相关理论，为我国社区思想政治工作提供指导。同时，经过城市社区的思想政治建设分析，能够从实践的角度切实推动我国城市社区思想政治工作能力，带动城市社区人群的思想政治水平，提升我国人民的思想政治建设，从而为国家发展提供良好的支持。 本文的研究中，通过文献综述和理论分析探索了相关理论，并且以长春市某社区作为对象，分析了社区思想政治工作内容，具体研究内容包括： （1）概括总结了关于城市社区思想政治工作的概念，分析了关于城市社区思想工作的相关定义及特征，从而为本文研究提供理论指导； （2）通过调查问卷进行调查了城市社区的思想政治工作情况，分析了调查结果，并且总结出当前城市社区思想政治工作的问题及产生机理； （3）通过总结本文分析结果，提出了强化城市社区思想政治工作的过程，从健全工作运行机制、丰富工作内容、强化队伍建设和改进工作方式方法等四个方面，提出相应的改进意见。 关键词：城市社区，思想政治工作，研究 Study on the ideological and political work in the urban community In Changchun Wanda community as an example Abstract ：Urban community is an important carrier of modern urban residents, which get together the urban residents culture, life and social activities, so as to ensure the development of urban social problems.
