This topic is the first period of unit 4 in book3 pep
The main idea is the name of fruits. Based on the new curriculum
standard, teaching objectives are the following three aspects
Knowledge objectives are to learn the new vocabulary:watermelon,
peach, pear, orange and the sentence pattern “It tastes good.”
Skill objectives are to listen to the words they have learned and
apply what they have learned to make conversations fluently.
Emotion objectives are to arouse Interest of learning English and
construct atmosphere to help As know more about vocabulary in life.
Basedon the teachingmaterialand students, thekeypointsare the
vocabulary, such as watermelon, peach, pear, orange and, the difficult
point is the sentence pattern and the pronunciation of the new words.
Teachersnotonlyanalyzematerialbutalso shouldanalyzestudents
Students in grade 3 have studied English only half a year, and they
haveaccumulateda littleknowledgeaboutEnglish.They are goodat image
thinking and their abstract thinking is developing ,what is more ,they
areformingtheabilitytodiscoverEnglishknowledgeandskillswith some
tools such as pictures toys games, however they are lack of some
experiencesaboutlifeandtheirabstractthinkingisnotfullydeveloped.
