经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 毕业论文 题目 公司培训部内部人员管理系统的开发 摘要 创新软件技术有限公司是一家专业提供软件本地化和国际化服务的 IT 服务提供商。为了保证公司所需人才的供给，以及人力资源管理工作规范、有效地进行，建设一个规范而有序的网上办公系统是符合公司发展需求的。本论文就是在参加该系统开发的基础上完成的，包括了系统分析、系统概要设计、系统详细设计以及系统实施四大部分。 本系统的目标是使文思公司的人力资源管理更加规范化、自动化，从而更好地实现公司的资源优化配置。本系统的功能包括：使用户可根据系统管理员分配的权限，登陆系统填写培训记录，提交工作日报，网上办公等；使普通浏览者可以快捷方便地查询包括新闻、资料信息在内的所有公开信息；使系统管理员能快速对系统信息进行修改或批注，对相关人员的权限进行设置。 关键词： 管理信息系统 办公自动化 数据处理 Abstract Worksoft Creative Software Technology Ltc is a IT service provider which specializes in software localizing and international service providing.. Therefore,to ensure the supply of human resorce and the efficient processing of human resorce management, it is necessary for the development of the company to construct a well-formed online office system. The thesis is based on the system developing process,including system analysis, system general design,system specific design and system implementation . The system is implemented mainly for the Worksoft Creative Software Ltc. The goal is : It goes without doubts that this system could the human resorce management of Worksoft more normative and more automatic,thus gives a better resorce optimization configuration. It’s function is: with his privilege granted by the system admin,every user can log into the system to fill the training record,summit the daily report and online office work etc; common browers can query conviniently all the public information including news,data information ;the system administrator can do the modifying and annotating for the system information quickly and set the privilege for some people.
