电化学机械复合光整加工实验装置的结构设计 PAGE 32 青岛理工大学琴岛学院专科毕业设计说明书（论文） 摘 要 电化学机械复合光整加工机床是集电解加工和机械磨削加工于一体的高效机械加工机床。 本次设计主要是针对机床工作台进给系统部分进行设计与校核，并涉及到了各零件材料的选择以及电解液的处理等方面。首先是进行机床为立式结构，不同于市面上多采用的卧式。立式机床适用于可垂直放置的零件，其上面用卡盘夹住，下面用顶尖顶住，提高了零件的加工稳定性。其次是进行工作台进给系统的校核与计算。最后是关于材料的选择以及电解液的处理，将工作台的T型槽作为了电解液的导流槽，这样可省去电解液引导结构的设计。 本次设计的立式电化学机械复合光整加工机床有以下几个优点：方便工件的装夹、有利于电解液的喷洒及收集以及可提高零件的稳定性和加工质量。 关键词：电化学；光整；进给系统；立式 Abstract Electrochemical-Mechanical Finishing Machining is an efficient machining method combing ECM and mechanical grinding technology. Now it has been used widely in modern manufacturing field. In the paper the worktable and its feeding system have been designed, and the materials of the worktable and the matter of electrolyte have been all taken in considerations. Firstly, the machine is designed to be vertical. The style is different from the ones existed in the market. With vertical machine workpieces can be fixed vertically by clamping chuck on the top and by a center on the bottom. Thus the stability of the parts can be improved greatly. Secondly, the feeding system of the worktable is designed which involving choosing mechanical parts and the verification of the structure. Finally the material of the worktable is determined. A T-slot is designed on the worktable in order to guide the electrolyte flow. In the paper the electrochemical-mechanical finishing machine has the following advantages: clamping the workpiece easily, being convenient to spray and collect the electrolyte, and enhancing the machining stability and processing quality.
