实用标准文案 精彩文档 绿色制造企业一体化标准体系的多目标决策与组合评价 王贤琳1 　张华1　宋佳佳1 (1.武汉科技大学机械自动化学院　湖北武汉 430081) 摘要：建立一种有效的一体化标准体系综合评价方法，持续改进以提高一体化标准体系运行的有效性成为许多绿色制造企业关注的问题。针对实施一体化标准体系的绿色制造企业要兼顾质量、环境、职业健康安全的特点，提出了5个一级评价指标、24个二级评价指标作为其综合评价指标，建立了主客观相结合的、同时考虑经济效益及社会效益的组合评价体系。首先运用主成分分析法对5个子体系进行综合评价，然后运用层次分析法确定各个子体系的权重，最后利用加权和法求出整个体系的综合评价值。该方法充分体现了评价过程的客观信息又采纳了决策者的经验，从而全面、客观、准确的评价了绿色制造企业实施一体化标准体系后的效果。并通过实例分析了该评价方法的具体应用。 关键字：层次分析法；组合评价；一体化标准体系；多目标决策；主成分分析法 Multi-objective decision-making and combination evaluation of integration standard system for green manufacturing enterprises WANG Xianlin1　ZHANG Hua1 SONG Jiajia1 (1.College of Machinery and Automation, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, 430081) Abstract: To continually improve and enhance the validity of integrated standard system movement, establishing one effective comprehensive evaluation method becomes the matter that many green manufacture enterprise concern. Green manufacture enterprises which have implemented integrated standard system need to give dual attention to the quality, the environment, and the occupation healthy security. In view of this characteristic, 5 first level appraisal targets and 24 second level of appraisal targets are put forward as comprehensive evaluation targets. And then a comprehensive evaluation system is established, combining subjectivity and objectivity, simultaneously considering the economic efficiency and the social efficiency. First, 5 Sub-systems are evaluated comprehensively by using the principal components analytic method; then the weights of each sub-system are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process; finally the comprehensive evaluation value of the entire system extracted by using the weighted sum law. This method fully manifests objective information in the appraisal process and accepts policy-makers experience; and the effect of implementing the integrated standard system by green manufacture enterprises is evaluated comprehensively, objectively and accurately.
