WORD格式可编辑 专业知识分享 初中数学教学研究----合作学习 摘 要:人类社会进入 21 世纪,随着科学技术的迅速发展,国际间的竞争日益激烈,具有组织才能和合作精神已经成为21世纪的人才所必须具备的基本的素养。《数学课程标准》更是倡导动手实践、自主探索、合作交流的学习理念,合作学习作为一种重要的学习方式已经被广泛应用在中小学课堂。但是长期以来,课堂上以教师的讲授为主,忽视了学生的主体地位。新课程改革以来,合作学习虽然在中小学广泛地使用,但是存在很多问题,常常流于形式,很多教师把合作学习当成课堂的点缀,导致学习效率低下,没有真正深刻理解小组合作学习的内涵并发挥其实效。如何有效地组织学生开展合作学习,促进学习方式的切实改变,已成为当前教育教学理论研究与实践的一项重大课题,也是新一轮国家课程改革能否取得预期成效的重要因素之一。在新课程理念的引领下,有必要对合作学习作一些进一步的探讨和研究。 关键字:初中数学教学;合作学习;小组学习 Mathematics Teaching in Middle School----Cooperative Learning Abstract:The human society has entered the 21st Century, with the rapid development of science and technology, international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. With organizational skills and the spirit of cooperation has become a basic quality of the talents in 21st Century. Mathematics curriculum standard advocate the learning idea of hands-on, independent exploration, cooperation and communication. Cooperative learning as an important learning method has been widely used in primary and secondary classroom. But for a long time, teachers teaching is taking a main position in classroom; the students principal part is neglected. Since the new curriculum reform, cooperative learning is widely used in primary and secondary schools. But there are many problems, cooperative learning often become mere formality, many teachers take it as embellishment in class. The result is low efficiency in learning, and not really understanding the meaning of group cooperative learning, so no effectiveness is displayed. How to organize cooperative learning effectively, promote the real change of learning style, has become a major issue in the current educational theory research and practice. And it is one of the key factors of success in the new round of the national curriculum reform.
