高校学生成绩管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 成绩管理是学校管理的重要组成部分。在学校各项管理中，成绩管理牵涉到的 其他管理内容是最复杂的，它牵涉到了学生成绩管理、教师管理和课程管理等。所 以在实际管理工作中，往往由于成绩记录的数量众多，管理复杂，造成成绩管理的 混乱。 对这一混乱，最好的解决办法就是借助计算机技术和数据库管理系统，对整个 成绩进行记载，并实行电子化管理。本文通过 VB 连接 Access 数据库来开发成绩 管理系统，实现用户登录、按学生进行的成绩管理、按课程进行的成绩管理、成绩 查找排序、报表生成、统计分析和系统管理等几大功能模块，以此来掌握学生的成 绩情况，实现成绩信息管理的电子化，提供一个电子化的成绩管理平台。 关键词：成绩，成绩管理，管理系统，VB ，数据库 Ⅰ 高校学生成绩管理系统的设计与实现 Abstract The management of grade is one of the most important parts of the school management. In a lot of management of college, the content of management is the most complicated which the management of grade involves. It involves the management of student grade, teacher management and course management. That usually results in the confusion of the grade management in the actual management work because of the huge amount of the grade records and complicated management. To this confusion, the best way to solve is to store the whole grades and manage them electronically by using the computer technology and the database management system. This thesis focuses on the method to deal with the grade of students by VB connecting Access, to realize the function modules below: user login, grade management by student, grade management by course, grade query and compositor, statistic and analysis, report, system maintain and to accomplish the management of grade information electronically and give a electronic flat of grade management by developing grade management system.
