word文档可编辑 摘 要 本设计为xxx职业技术学院西区2号教学楼设计，建筑层数为四层，总建筑面积4060.8m2。 本次毕业设计任务书主要包括建筑和结构设计两部分。在建筑部分，通过对工程概况的了解，确定了教学楼的位置及占地面积。并通过任务书提供的地质信息以及环境信息，确定了建筑所用的材料及建筑结构。在结构设计部分，首先通过手算选取了一品框架进行计算，确定了一品框架内的梁、柱截面尺寸，以及风荷载，地震作用，弯矩，轴力，剪力等基本信息，并制作了表格和分析图进行了汇总及内力组合。通过手算一榀框架结束之后，最后使用CAD,天正，pkpm等软件进行制图绘图。 本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础。依据建筑的功能需求，该教学楼不仅设置了教室，微机室等教学用房，还设置了教师休息室等人性化房间，满足其使用需求。 关键词：框架结构，独立基础，内力组合 Abstract The design for the xxx Vocational and Technical College West 2 teaching building design, construction layer of four layers, with a total construction area of 4060.8m2.
