word文档可编辑 word文档可编辑 西安顶益食品有限公司的战略成本管理研究 摘 要 物竞天择，适者生存。随着现代企业制度的建立与完善，企业越来越关注投入与产出的关系，成本在市场竞争中占有十分重要的地位，成本管理也成了企业管理永恒不变的主题。战略成本管理作为成本管理发展的必威体育精装版阶段，将战略管理思想应用到成本管理中，并与成本管理自身的特点相结合，从而形成成本管理的新模式。本文主要介绍了当前战略成本管理研究的现状，包括国际和国内两个方面；战略成本管理的基本理论，包括战略成本管理的定义、特点、程序、目标和内容；战略成本管理基本分析方法，包括价值链分析法、成本动因分析法；西安顶益的成本管理现状，包括西安顶益的简介，西安顶益的业绩指标分析和成本管理现状。通过分析，揭示了西安顶益成本管理中的问题，同时得出结论：为了使成本管理信息对企业管理者有帮助，成本管理的关注应该从降低成本的传统模式转变到与企业战略目标相结合的战略成本管理模式。 要使西安顶益的成本管理很好的进行，必须结合各种成本管理新技术，开展战略成本管理，本文最后提出了西安顶益的战略成本管理新思路，为提高公司的成本管理水平以及达到公司的战略目标服务。 关键词: 战略成本管理 成本动因 价值链分析 西安顶益 The strategy cost management of the limited company of crest in Xian benefit food research XXXX Science and engineering university in Xian manage to fasten an accountancy profession 2010 class Xian China 710048 Abstract Natural selection ,survival of the fittest .With the establishment and developing of modern enterprises system, people are paying more and more attention to the study of input-output relationship, the cost holds the very important status in the enterprise competition.
