word文档可编辑 word文档可编辑 摘 要 随着现代信息技术发展而产生的现代远程教育，已经成为人们接受教育非常重要的“第二环境”, 同时对促进教育的多元化起到了积极的作用。美国、英国等西方发达国家借助其先进的技术并应用到教育中去，使其教育水平迅速提高。我国是一个幅员辽阔、人口众多的国家，高等教育普及率相当低，目前全国约有3000多万青壮年文盲，现代社会科盲更是不计其数，还有上千万的适龄青年不能入学。发展现代网络教育符合我国国情，是一种具有极大发展潜力的新型教育模式，可以缓解我国高等教育师资力量不足、校园环境资源匾乏、设备条件供不应求的矛盾，逐步缩小我国各地区高等教育发展不平衡的矛盾。随着我国计算机信息及网络技术的不断进步和日臻成熟，基于计算机网络技术的远程教育也呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势，作为一种新兴的教育现象不仅为教育事业开辟了新天地，更为全民族素质的提高和人才资源开发的市场需求提供了坚实的基础。 关键词:网络教育;经济分析;模式研究;技术平台  Abstract With the modern information technology development, the modern distance education, access to become very important second environment, while promoting the diversification of education played a positive role.
