In this essay, I intend to give my opinions of this issue. According to my experience from my studying, I find out if a person who learn something as young as possible then he can understand that tings more completely. Therefore, I think children learning a foreign language at primary school is better than in a secondary school. With the effect of globalize, more and more people have realized that it is necessary to learn a common foreign language. Nowadays, not only adult but also children are focus on learning foreign language.
