PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 2014届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 顺丰物流信息系统研究 院系名称： 管理学院 专业班级：物流管理1002 学生姓名： 丁建国 学 号： 201046900519 指导教师： 张念 教师职称： 副教授 2014年 4 月 25日 顺丰物流信息系统研究 摘 要 由于我国现代物流的概念及运作原理都是从发达国家借鉴过来的，毋庸置疑，我国物流的发展水平和物流信息化建设水平还落后于发达国家。首先，由于大多数信息系统的成本较高，而中小型企业的起点低，市场上缺少适合中小型企业起步的信息系统，这导致了我国中小企业的信息化程度低。其次，缺少拥有自主知识产权的物流管理信息系统。目前国内的研发能力无法与国际同行竞争，物流信息系统的标准较为混乱、不成体系、难以互联互通难以实现信息共享。再次，信息化系统功能欠完善。同时，提供基础信息和公共服务的平台发展缓慢。GPS、GIS技术在大型企业的应用比例为23%，在中小企业基本是空白。基础技术服务应用比例过少，整个行业的整合就相对困难。对比而言，顺丰信息系统体系的本身虽然是不断演进发展的，但目前还存在着诸多要待完善、待改进之处。 本文采用归纳分析法、理论与实践相结合的方法、规范分析方法对顺丰现行的物流信息系统进行研究，并提出了相应的优化方案，以及风险防范措施，并对方案实施后的效果进行了评估。 关键词： 顺丰 物流信息系统 优化改进 风险防范 SF Logistics Information Systems Research Abstract Since the concept and principle of operation of modern logistics are coming from developed reference , no doubt, the level of development of information technology and logistics level of logistics is still behind developed countries.
