摘 要 ? 钢化玻璃生产线监控系统从功能上看，分为控制中心PLC和监控中心两个部分；从组成上看，是由可编程控制器（PLC），压力变送器，变频器，WinCC V6.0等软硬件组成；从控制要求上看，该生产线包括上片工段、加热工段、冷却工段、下片工段四个部分。 系统在以PLC为控制中心的基础上，通过监控计算机中组态软件WinCC V6.0的设计，很好的确保了系统在一个安全稳定环境中运行。依据各个部分的运行指标，可设计8个画面来进行综合监控及调试，分别为主画面，区域温度显示画面，加热管温度显示画面，工艺参数设置画面，运动系统参数设置画面，调试画面，压力曲线画面，温度曲线画面。通过这几个画面的综合运用能够很好的达到预期的效果，实现了远程监控及参数设置，出现故障及时报警，方便检测维修等功能。 关键词：钢化玻璃；监控系统；WinCC Abstract Looking from a functional perspective, the monitoring system of glass production line is divided into control centre PLC and monitoring centers. Looking from components, it is constituted by PLC, pressure transmitter, drives, WinCC V6.0, and other hardware and software. Looking from control requirements, the production line includes up load glass section, heating section, cooling section, and down load glass section. The system takes the PLC for the control centre. By monitoring the configuration software WinCC V6.0, the system is ensured operate in a safe and stable environment. Based on various indicators of the operation, eight images can be designed to carry out comprehensive monitoring and debugging. These are the main screen, regional temperature display screen, heating temperature display screen, the setting parameters of technique screen, the setting parameters of sports system screen, debug screen, pressure curve screen, and temperature curve screen. Through the integrated use of those screens, the system could achieve the desired results, which are remote control and set of parameters, timely warning, easily maintenance, and other functions.
