辽 宁 科 技 学 院 （ 届） 本科毕业论文 题目： 新顺德商贸有限公司赊销管理及对策分析 专题： 专 业： 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 论文共 页，其中：专题 页，译文 页 新顺德商贸有限公司赊销管理及对策分析 摘要 赊销作为一种销售方式，已经被企业所广泛采用。企业在经营过程当中总是以扩大销售额，降低交易风险，增加利润为最终的目标。赊销作为企业销售的一种形式，能够有效促进企业销售的增加。但目前我国的市场秩序还不规范，缺乏成熟的社会信用管理体系，从而导致企业赊销中的风险无处不在，任何一个环节的失误都可能会给企业造成无法挽回的损失，所以加强赊销信用管理是每一个企业都必须时刻关注的课题。 本文以新顺德商贸有限公司为例探讨了赊销所带来的收益与伴随的成本与风险，根据新顺德商贸有限公司的实际情况及赊销方式，提出一系列应对措施，并对这些措施进行分析，希望能为新顺德有限公司赊销管理提供一套可行有效的方案。（注意该部分字数可能不够） 关键词：赊销，信用管理，风险，应收账款 Analysis on Credit Sale Management Xinshunde Company and Countermeasures Abstracts Sale on credit is adopted by enterprises broadly as a way of fulfill sales. Enterprises have the goal of expand sales, reduce transaction risks, and ultimately increase profits as the principal part at modern market economy. Credit sales can increase the enterprise sales effectively as a higher form of enterprise sales. In China, since the order of market economy in macro-level is still not fully standardized, due to the creditability of different business entities, a comprehensive social credit management system has yet to be constructed. Therefore any fault in the course of transaction could undoubtedly lead to irretrievable losses. Accordingly, credit management is a vital task to every business entity. This dissertation takes Xinshunde company as an example to takes a discussion of the revenue and the cost＆risk of sale on credit，provides a serious of countermeasures, and analyzes the countermeasures ,in order to present feasible and effective solutions to perfect the work of credit and receivable management in Xinshunde company.
