·238 · 价值工程 价值网络、价值共创与合作创新绩效关系研究 ———基于柔性管理的调节作用 Research on the Relationship of Value Network, Value Co-creation and Cooperative Innovation Performance ： Based on the Regulation of Flexible Management 褚文倩 CHU Wen-qian 天津理工大学管理学院，天津300384） （ （School of Management ，Tianjin University of Technology ，Tianjin 300384 ，China） 摘要： 互联网+大数据的价值创造方式转变了企业独立竞争的发展范式，网络协作已成为企业塑造新竞争优势的必然选择。本研 究基于开放式创新视角，以价值共创为中介变量，柔性管理为调节变量，构建了价值网络影响合作创新绩效的理论模型，并运用相关 分析与回归分析方法，对378 份有效样本进行了实证分析。结果显示:价值网络对合作创新绩效具有正向影响；价值共创在价值网络 与合作创新绩效之间起中介作用；柔性管理正向调节价值网络对合作创新绩效的影响，同时柔性管理也正向调节价值共创对合作创 新绩效的影响。 Abstract: The value creation mode of Internet + big data has changed the development paradigm of enterprise independent competition, and network cooperation has become the inevitable choice for enterprises to shape new competitive advantage. Based on the open innovation perspective, the value creation is used as the mediator variable, the flexible management is the adjustment model, and the theoretical model of the impact of the value network on the cooperative innovation performance is constructed. The relevant analysis and regression analysis method are used to analyze 378 valid samples. The results show that the value network has a positive impact on the performance of cooperative innovation. The value creates a mediating role between the value network and the cooperative innovation performance. The flexible management positively adjusts the impact of the value network on the cooperative innovation performance, and the flexible management also positively adjust the impact of value adjustment on cooperative innovation performance. 关键词： 价值网络；
