PAGE VIII NUMPAGES 1 NUMPAGES 1 PAGE PAGE ７ 试论在陕北地区建设节水型火电厂 摘 要：文章针对陕北地区的水资源短缺现状和危机及火力发电厂耗水现状，阐述了陕北地区建设节水型火电厂必要性，也是环境和经济可持续发展的必然选择。探讨了节水型电厂所采用的节水措施和可行的工艺流程，如汽轮机排汽直接空冷技术工艺，以及气力除灰、机械除渣的干除灰渣系统。介绍了工业废水、生活污水、化学废水、脱硫废水、煤水重复使用以及对城市中水回用的处理在电厂冷却用水中的利用。并对建设节水型电厂所带来的经济环境效益进行了初步分析。 关键词：陕北；节水型火电厂；废水零排放；环境；经济效益 On constructing saving water thermoelectric power station in the North of Shaanxi area Li Yu (Geographical Science and Environmental Engineering Department of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences) Abstract: The article is in view of the water resources short present situation and the crisis and the thermal power plant water consumption present situation in the North of Shaanxi area, elaborating the necessity of construction saving water thermoelectric power station in the North of Shaanxi area, which is also an inevitable choice of the environmental and the economical sustainable development. It discussed the measure of saving water and the feasible technical process applied by the saving water electricity factory: such as the steam turbine exhaust direct air cooled technology craft, and the physical strength eliminates the ash as well as the machinery eliminates the dregs dryly to eliminate the ash dregs system. It also introduced the reapplication of industrial waste, the sanitary sewage, chemistry waste water, the desulphurization waste water, the coal water repetition use as well as the deal of water sales commission processing in the city in the power plant cooling water .And it preliminarily analyzed the economic environmental benefit which is brought to by constructing the saving water electricity factory.
