The film is used as non drop greenhouse film, the design used linear low density polyethylene and low density polyethylene as raw material, the design improved the anti-aging properties of the film with light stabilizer 783 and antioxygen B225, used the compound antifogging agents to prevent fog and the addition of calcium carbonate filler reduced the cost.Formulation. The design of process, the accurate calculation of process, equipment selection, workshop′s design are discussed in this article. Designed the manufacturing process depending on the upper blowing method and maped out a process flow diagram, then completed accurate material balance and heat balance, according to the production process to determine a corresponding selection of equipment. Maped out the overall planar structure diagram of the production workshop based on the production process and production equipments.
