And our country in the construction of small and medium-sized bulk carrier with a significant competitive advantage and become the worlds shipbuilding is our goal in life, we should focus on bulk carrier market. This topic is 5100 tons of coastal bulk carrier structural design, is the regulations for classification of seagoing steel ships (2012).
