酒店管理系统设计.doc

摘 要 近年来，随着计算机的普及与互联网的成熟，利用计算机来管理企业已经慢慢发展到了成熟的阶段，对于服务业的酒店也已经是势在必行。本论文详细论述了酒店管理系统从立项到设计实施（从需求分析、系统分析、概要设计、详细设计、以及测试与调试）的整个开发过程，并附以图形及实例。此系统主要由二大部分组成：基于Java EE的酒店客房管理、酒店餐饮管理功能。其中客房管理功能主要包括：一般酒店前台服务员订房、退房等功能。其中餐饮管理功能主要包括：一般餐饮服务员开台、点餐、结账等功能。此论文便是以酒店管理系统为研究对象来说明酒店管理系统当中的客房管理和餐饮管理是怎么实现的。 在信息化浪潮席卷全球的环境下，管理信息系统已经成为全社会关注的热点，并已逐步应用于经营管理的各个领域。酒店业作为一门成熟的产业竞争愈来愈激烈，特别是中小型酒店，使用适合自身特点的管理信息系统不仅可以提高工作效率、提升服务质量，而且能够全面了解酒店的营业情况，更好地进行市场分析、决策研究，提升酒店的经济效益和综合实力。本文的工作重点是使用软件工程学的原理对酒店管理—前台接待系统进行分析和设计。首先对系统的概念、开发的意义以及研究现状进行了概述，并阐述了系统使用的相关技术；接着根据中小型酒店的实际需求进行系统分析；然后进行系统和数据库的设计。最后对设计做了总结，探讨了酒店管理信息系统的发展方向。本系统选取Oracle数据库和B/S体系架构，在SHH框架下采用Java语言进行实现。 关键字：互联网，酒店管理，计算机，SHH，B/S Abstract In recent years, with the popularity of computer and the Internet mature, using computer to manage the enterprise have been slowly development to mature stage, the hotel also for services have been is imperative.
