山东省聊城市中学体育教师现状调查分析
摘 要
本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对山东省聊城市随机抽取的20所中学体育教师性别、年龄、学历和职称等现状进行调查分析。结果表明：聊城市中学体育教师现状女性体育教师比例较少，男女比例为2.7:1；年龄结构偏低、学历整体水平偏低、职称结构偏低、学缘结构不合理；绝大多数体育教师具有极强的事业心和责任感、聊城市中学体育教师与文科教师相比工作量偏大。本研究为加强聊城市中学体育教师队伍建设提供一定的理论参考依据。

Abstract
