临床护理路径在上消化道出血护理中的应用 王芳1薛灵敏2 【摘 要】 目的 探讨临床护理路径在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年1月?2015年12月医院收治128例上消化道出血患者作为研 究对象,按照随机的方法将患者分成两组,观察者和对照组各64例,对照组应 用常规护理,观察者应用临床护理路径进行护理。分析比较两组患者的住院天数、 对疾病知识的掌握程度及护理满意度。结果 观察组对疾病知识的掌握程度明显 高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05);观察组患者的满意度为 96.87%,对照组为78.12%,观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,且两组之间差异 显箸,具有统计学意义(PV0.05);观察组有效率为92.19%,对照组为75.00%, 观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,且两组之间差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。 结论 临床护理路径应用于消化道出血患者中的护理,能提高患者对疾病知识的 掌握程度,有效提高护理质量及疾病治疗效果,值得临床护理中推广应用。 【关键词】 临床护理路径; 上消化道出血; 护理效果 [Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with the application of the effect.
