  信息化同步构建优秀企业文化 Analysis On the construction of organizational Analysis On the construction of organizational culture in the process of ERP implementation culture in the process of ERP implementation 摘要 随着网络和通讯技术的不断普及，企业资源计划系统(以下简称 ERP)应运而生。ERP作 为-种先进的管理系统，能最大程度的集成企业的物流、信息流和资金流，优化企业资源配 置，加快企业对于市场的反应速度，从而创造企业价值。但同时，ERP也是-项高成本高风 险的投资，其潜在优势的发挥需要诸多的因素。尽管国内外许多企业对于 ERP 的实施十分向 往，但企业实施 ERP 系统的失败情况不少。因此，ERP 实施绩效问题成为国内外学者关注的 热点问题。本文着重研究 ERP 系统蕴含的文化特点，借助 ERP 实施过程中的企业文化的塑造， 降低员工对 ERP 系统的抵触情况，提升 ERP 系统实施的成功率的途径。 首先论文对 ERP 实施和企业文化的相关理论和研究成果进行了综述，了解ERP 实施过程 中的员工对 ERP 系统抵触的现象、企业文化与 ERP实施关系以及 ERP 蕴含的文化维度。论文 通过分析企业原有文化与 ERP 的冲突表现和 ERP 系统的各主要功能模块的结构，总结出 ERP 实施过程中塑造的企业文化的五个维度。 其次，结合田俊国《ERP项目实施散记》和常香云,霍佳震《ERP 实施过程中的员工行为 分析》中提出的-些企业信息化特征，以及 Parr和 Shanks 提出的 ERP 实施三阶段模型和优 秀企业文化建设的-般过程得出 ERP系统实施的优秀企业文化建设过程的模型。论文具体分 析了优秀企业文化建设的启动、传播、强化三个阶段的措施。 最后，在案例分析中，通过阐述 A 公司在实施 ERP过程中公司内部欠缺 ERP 蕴含的文化 特点的情况下员工对 ERP 系统的产生抵触的问题，对 A 企业在ERP 实施过程中的优秀企业文 化建设中的原则和措施提出建议。 关键词:ERP;蕴含文化;塑造 Abstract With the development and prevalence of the network and telecommunication technology, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) emerges as the times require. As an advanced system of management, ERP can integrate the flow of matter, information and capital farthest, optimize the collocation of enterprise resource, quicken (speed up) the reaction of enterprise to the market, and create the value of enterprise potentially. Meanwhile, as ERP is an investment with high cost and risk, its exertion on potential advantage needs a lot of factors.
