The ab olute radiance and irradiance radiometer ba ed on the tandard detector are built up. By calibrating tandard lamp of pectral irradiance and tandard diffu er with the e apparatu e at four wavelength , it i found that the actual pectral irradiance of the tandard lamp i greater while the actual bi-reflection di tribution function ( BRDF) of the diffu
