Min-Ning Yu Abstract The purpose of this article is to re-exam and assess the current status of oral exam on the application of National Official Examination. By the introduction to the oral assess- ment methodologies, literature reviews, and examination of legislative regulations, this article re-assesses the possibilities of improvement of oral exam on the usage in National Official Examination. Finally, several concrete suggestions for improvement in oral exam are also proposed.
