This paper has done the following five aspects of the work. It has studied substation integrated automation and its microcomputer monitoring and controlling system. It has analyzed and synthesized the basic principle and architecture of the microcomputer monitoring and controlling system in substation integrated automation, put forward the overall design programmers of the system and block diagram of the programmer, and designed the overall structure. It has studied and designed hardware parts and software parts in the microcomputer monitoring and controlling system in substation integrated automation. It has prepared the flow diagram and algorithms of alternating parameters security
