摘要 STUDY ON FINANCIAL FUNCTIONS FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE ABSTRACT Originated in international shipping, insurance has playing a very important role in promoting shipping and trading in the latest decade in China. Nowadays insurance has caught our attention more than ever as being the essential measure of risk management and a main driving force for our city finance. But with the development of our society and risk itself, the basic means of insurance such as financial compensation and benefits, loss prevention, risk diversification is not enough, better performance in financial filed like funding convergence after the accident, investment and other financial functions is expected. As an important driving force of the construction, shipping finance contributes a lot to the International shipping center, in which shipping insurance promotes the development with the opportunities and challenges coming at the same time. There comes the risk given consideration to the large amount of money devoted into the shipping industry, which makes shipping insurance full of specificity, and research even more necessary and worthwhile. Regarding to the tight connection of Insurance and Finance, an appropriate perspective of shipping insurance different from… is necessarily needed. Based on the six coral functions of financial system, insurance is analyzed from the perspective of financial functions which is considered stable and suitable to describe the financial system. Framework of financial functions’ system of shipping insurance is constructed by focusing on elements of shipping market, and risk-managing is proved to be the top element of all the functions of shipping insurance in the analysis of importance ranking based on expert grading. As for the phenomenon that sort result is fluctuant, confidence extent and difference of the domain of experts is responsible through the internal data analyzing of each function in the way of rough set theory.
