ABSTRACT Aerospace technology applied industry originated in the 80’s and 90’s of last century. In the aerospace system, there have developed nearly a thousand products for civilian projects, many of which have high economic efficiency. However, face of the Survival of the fittest in market economy and as finished products, low efficiency, in the face of fierce market competition, the civil aerospace projects are unsustainable. The real needs require that Aerospace technology applications must be in accordance with the market demand to continue to improve, to seize market opportunities, according to the needs of users to optimize product structure adjustment. This paper selected Chinese Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics (Aerospace 11th Academy) as an empirical study. Firstly, it briefly gives a general introduction to the eleventh Academy and analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the development of space technology applications. Secondly, through the strategic market research, high-tech aerospace enterprise market development strategy is made so that the enterprises in the high-tech aerospace market development process can be orderly, improve efficiency, and ensure effectiveness. Specifically, it is from three aspects to expound, which are the strategic marketing, product development which must meet the needs of users as well as strategic customer relationship. Three aspects linked to each other, allowing systematic, high-tech global aerospace market development. Then, combining the strategic market characteristics, with market development theory, from strategic cooperation mechanisms, strategic marketing capacity-building and capacity building of strategic marketing analysis of several aspects, it has put forward the specific, practical measures for the aerospace companies to develop high-tech market capacity.
