However, in recent years, the small and medium-sized private enterprises are confronted with serious difficulties. The difficulties are various; capital scarcity is the core problem during the development process. Financing Difficulties is one of the key factors restricting the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises. Because of the influence of the international financial crisis, the financial problems that strict the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises has become more prominent for a long time. Whether the problem can be solved or not would not only affect the healthy development of SMEs, but also have a direct influence on the achievement of the national economic goal. The reasons that caused financial difficulties to small and medium-sized private enterprises is multiple and complex. This paper made analysis from aspects of enterprises, banks and the social economy environment, with hope to find the reasons causing the financial difficulties to SMEs, and bring forward some corresponding counterm
