Methods : （1）Cells Scarification experiment ：to mark off 5 well-distributed transverse lines at the back of 6-pore plate ，interval being 0.5~1cm， through every hole ， and to put culture medium containing 5×105 cells into the 6-pore plate ， after the day, and to perpendicularly to transverse lines scuffing with transferpettor on the cells ，then ，baptizing the 6-pore plate with PBS three times, and adding serum-free culture media in it to continue cultivation, and to take photographs after 7 hours and 24 hours. (2) to observe the differential drug sensitivity of TSA、5-Fu 、Taxol in HEK-293-Twist and HEK-293-vector cell lines ，Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) skill was apply. we divided HEK-293-Twist and HEK-293-vector cell into cell lines four groups such as taxol group 、TSA group 、5-Fu group and control group ， every group having 3 double-Pored.
