Chinese animation has experienced Chinese School brilliant, but gradually fell behind the pace of the times, drifting away from the international stage, more chagrin, investigate its reason, the most fundamental is the concept of problem. This article is in the line of time, based on the history, proved by the works. We make full use of the resource on the net and the historical material .When we compare the idea of the creation on Chinese cartoon with the progress of its movement .We compare the Chinese cartoon works of different periods, using combining the history with result, Drawing the conclusion, make an example, compaction and many other ways, we can find something during the change, and we can find, conclude, analyze and solve all the questions.
