The export trade of Henan province has made great achievements, export growth faster, exports continue to increase, ranked first in the six central provinces, optimize the structure of export commodities, good prospects for development. Although foreign trade in Henan province has made great achievements, but overall, there are still a lot of problems. The first is the introduction, describes the research background, research significance and related theoretical research, this article analyzes the current status of export trade in Henan Province, using statistical data reveals the present situation of the development of export trade in Henan Province, and pointed out the existing development of export trade in Henan Province, and finally there in foreign trade, put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
