PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT７ 摘 要 随着改革开放和现代化建设的不断发展，我国经济社会取得了举世瞩目的成就，但与此同时，资源消耗急剧增加，环境压力也越来越大，能源和环境问题越来越受到人们的关注。 集中供热系统已经成为城市最重要的基础设施之一，在我国，因为天然气分布不均匀，每一个城市的经济状况不同、资源情况不同、对节能减排的具体要求也不同，因此，采用各种热源形式的区域集中供热系统也成为区域集中供热所研究的本文之一。在我国大部分没有天然气源的地区以及经济欠发达地区，燃煤锅炉仍是区域集中供热系统的主要热源，随着我国对环境保护的重视和控制，各大城对燃煤锅炉在市区范围内的安装和运行都有了一定的限制。因此，对于不同供热规模、不同供热半径的燃煤区域集中锅炉房工艺系统的优化配置，成为人们研究供热节能的重要内容。但是我国现在的燃煤锅炉房工艺系统依旧存在很多问题，尤其是除灰渣系统的处理这方面，资源浪费，污染问题也比较严重，因此，本文就某一锅炉房的除灰渣系统进行研究，然后对其进行重新计算，包括设备的选型计算、贮煤量的重新计算、煤场面积的计算、灰渣量等的计算，通过计算，确定更好的除灰渣方案和选择更好的设备。最终达到系统更加省钱、更加节省资源的目的。 锅炉房工艺设计关系到人们的工作条件和生活水平，关系到我国工业的发展前景。所以，锅炉技术人员所走的道路，任重道远。 本文的研究对改善城市环境、优化能源结构具有一定的现实意义，也为燃煤锅炉房系统的发展提供了一定的理论依据。 关键词：燃煤锅炉房；工艺系统优化；锅炉房配置；除灰渣系统 Abstract: With the development of reform, opening up and modernization construction, our economy and society has made remarkable achievements, but at the same time, the resource consumption is increasing sharply, environmental pressure is more and more big, energy and environmental problems become more and more by people attention.
