小型企业信息化问题与对策研究.pdf

内容摘要 企业信息化简单地说，指企业利用网络、计算机、通信等现代信 息技术，通过对信息资源的深度开发和广泛利用，不断提高生产、经 营、管理、决策的效率和水平，从而提高企业经济效益和企业核心竞 争力的过程。国内多数小型企业信息化处于萌芽期，正是由于企业的 信息化程度低导致了一系列的问题，比如:采购和销售环节的“暗箱 操作”、管理和办公效率低下以及与外界交流封闭等。本文针对小型 企业出现的诸多信息化问题，提出了相应的对策，小型企业只有消除 人们在观念、管理上的认识误区，提高人员素质，量力而行、循序渐 进地建立适合自己的办公自动化与管理信息系统，利用互联网逐步建 立自己的企业网站并实现企业的电子商务，才能解决信息化过程中的 出现的诸多问题，才能增强企业的核心竞争力，使企业在激烈的竞争 中立于不败之地。 关键词：小型企业，信息化，信息系统 1 Abstract Simply speaking, informatization of enterprises is to deeply explore the information with the modern information technology such as network, computer and communication, develop the efficiency and level of producing, purchasing, administering and policymaking, so as to increase the economic benefits and boost the competitiveness of enterprise. The reason why it is just a beginning for the informatization of the small businesses in China is the underdevelopment of informatization, for example, the opacification of purchasing process, low efficiency of administration and working, lack of communication with outside and so on. This article aimed at this problem and raised some solutions. Only abort the misunderstanding in notion and administration, strengthen the quality of employees, do what they can do, establish a proper working and managing automatic system step by step, build the website of their own business and start the e-business, can small enterprises solve many problems in the process of informatization, boost the competitiveness of them, and stand steadily in the cut -throat competition of business circle.
