Siebel RTD helps organizations drive customer-adaptive business processes that help improve customer retention and grow revenues organically. For the duration of an inbound customer interaction, Siebel RTD will monitor attrition risk, identify appropriate retention treatments, and determine cross-sell opportunities in real time.
