II. Teaching materials analyzing and rearranging 教材分析和教材重组
1. 教材分析
本单元以“Personal traits”为话题,谈论人物的体貌特点及性格特征。这个话题非常接近学生的生活实际,学生会非常乐于谈论身边的人或朋友,因而极有利于他们开口发言,提高他们的英语口语表达能力。通过这个单元的学习,学生要学会对人物进行比较,正确使用形容词的比较级对人物进行描述。
Section A第一部分围绕三对双胞胎的体貌特点进行比较,展开词汇(1a),听力(1b),会话(1c)训练。1a学习关键词汇,1b练习听目标语言,1c为简单口语训练,巩固目标语言。第二部分围绕记者对其中一对双胞胎Tina和Tara的采访,继续进行听力(2a-2b)训练和会话(2c)训练,提高听与说的技能,并系统掌握形容词的比较级;第三部分继续围绕本单元话题“Personal traits”开展各种课堂活动,要求学生阅读判断(3a),对话实践(3b),通过读与说的练习,联系生活实际,学习和使用比较级
