PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 首都大学生创业意愿与创业能力匹配度研究 项目类型： 重点项目 项目年度： 2012年 项目负责人： 吴中天（学号：32010021132） 负责人院（系）： 工商管理学院 专业（方向）： 工商管理 项目组成员： 吴中天、吕雨露、孙玉、 指导教师： 范合君 教务处 制 二〇一二年 首都大学生创业意愿与 创业能力匹配度研究 摘要 本文主要就北京大学生创业意愿与其自身创业能力匹配问题进行了研究。通过对现实环境中大学生就业形势难，政府鼓励创业的情况了解，结合问卷的数据收集调研，发现现今大学生对创业的基本认识处于片面与偏颇的情况，创业意愿与创业能力的匹配度较低，再通过进一步验证，创业意愿与创业能力的相互关系，得出北京大学生创业意愿与创业能力具有一定程度的弱相关关系的结论，从而发现在大学生创业意愿与创业能力低匹配度的事实前提下，无论是政府、学校、社会还是大学生自身，在促进、发展、实现创业的道路上，还有待不断提升、研究、发展与进步。其次，在本文中，通过数据挖掘进一步验证了前人阐述的各类对创业意愿具有影响的相关因素，其中包括家庭意愿、社会关系和家庭能力等。最后，本文就发现的相关大学生创业意愿与创业能力不完全匹配的问题，提出了利用合理的学前心理测验数据收集，科学制定大学生学习生活的创业性指导与引导；大学生自身需要合理构建自身发展方向，制定人生长远规划；政府应引导舆论，给予大学生以希望，努力创造大学生创业意愿与创业能力的匹配环境；大学生在选择创业与否前，在确定创业意愿同时，既考虑个人本身的性格特点，也综合审视自己的各个创业外界环境，包括家庭以及社会条件，慎重的做出选择；国家政府在刺激大学生创业的过程中，努力提高大学生的创业意愿的刺激，更多的为大学生提供提高创业能力的环境基础，提高激励政策及优惠政策，促进形成创业意愿与创业能力共同增长的良性循环。 关键字： 大学生 创业能力 创业意愿 匹配 Abstract In this paper the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Beijing and its own entrepreneurial ability matching problem is studied. The college students to the realistic environment in the employment situation is difficult, the government encourages business understanding of the situation, combined with questionnaire data collected, finds that the present college students basic understanding of entrepreneurship is one-sided and biased, entrepreneurial intention and ability of matching degree is low, and the further verification, relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability in Beijing, the entrepreneurial intention of college students and entrepreneurship has weak correlation degree of conclusion, to find the matching degree in fact premise of the entrepreneurial intention of college students with entrepreneurial ability is low, both the government, school, society or the students themselves, in the promotion, development, the venture on the road, have to be constantly upgrading, research, development and progress.
