辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计 第 PAGE 72页 PAGE 摘 要 本设计说明书包括综述、热处理车间设计和专题三部分。随着热处理工艺的发展，在提高热处理车间劳动生产率及降低产品热处理成本等方面提出了进一步的要求。所以，需要有计划的兴建一批技术先进、设备完善、生产组织合理的专业化热处理车间。在此设计中，主要介绍了典型产品20Gr、热处理炉的设计以及热处理过程中相关设备和参数的选择。对热处理炉的设计，选用适当的耐火材料和保温材料以及对各种使用参数的确定，可以减少热损失、节约能源和提高生产效率，从而获得最大的经济效益和环境效益。最后是专题研究。设计的精髓是创新、改进，并具有实用性。本文在鞍山钢铁集团机械修理总厂热处理车间的基础上做了进一步的改进，设计了一个综合热处理车间。 关键词：热处理；热处理炉；车间 Abstract This design instruction includes there parts, the summarize、the design of the heat treatment workshop and the special subject. Along with the develop of the technology of heat treatment, advance require go a step further cope with raise working productivity of heat treat workshop and reduce heat treat costs for product. Therefore, require construct a number of specialized heat treat workshop have planned with advanced technology、installation flawless、reasonable manufacture organize. In this design, have introduced the typical establishment、the design of the stove of heat treatment and choices of coherent equipments, which were used in the process of heat treatment, and their parameters. For the design of the stove of heat treatment, selecting appropriate refractory and heat insulator and establishing various operation parameters will reduce heat loss, conserve energy and improve productivity. As a result, the maximum economic benefits and environmental performance will be acquired. At the end is the research of special subject. The most important fact of the design is to bring new ideas and improved, and has practicality. This paper makes further improvement on the mechanical to repair total factory of Anshan steel group workshop of heat treatment, has designed a comprehensive workshop of heat treatment.
