中国实用护理杂志 20 16 年 2 月 2 1 日第 32 卷第 6 期 Chin J Prac Nurs ，February 2 1 20 16 ，Vol.32 ，No.6 ·42 1 · ·论 著 · 老年脑卒 中患者主要照护者照顾负担 及影响因素研究 郑婧 李瑞玲 王亚霖 刘慧 孙秋菊 【摘要 】 目的 了解老年脑卒 中患者主要照护者照顾负担现状及影响因素。方法 对 298 例老年 脑卒 中患者主要照护者采用照顾负担量表 、医院焦虑抑郁量表和简单应对方式量表进行调查 ，对患 者采用一般 资料 问卷 、 改 良 Barthel 指数评定量表进行调查 。 结果 主要照护者照顾 负担总分为 （35.21±11.45 ）分 ，为轻至中度负担水平 。 影响因素为照护者照护天数 、每 日照护时间、医院焦虑抑郁得 分、应对方式及患者 日常活动能力。 结论 老年脑卒 中患者主要照护者存在照顾负担 ，护理人员应 同步 评估患者与主要照护者 的健康状况 ，了解照护者 的照顾负担 ，给予针对性 的护理服务 ，减轻其照顾负 担 ，从而提高患者及照护者生命质量。 【关键词 】 卒 中； 老年人 ； 照护者 ； 照顾负担 The level and influencing factors of caregiver burden among primary caregivers of stroke patients * * in old age Zheng Jing, Li Ruiling , Wang Yalin ，Liu Hui, Sun Qiuj u. Methods Totally 298 caregivers of elderly stroke patients were investigated with Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). The patients were investigated with Modified Barthel Index (MBI). Results The caregivers′burden was in the mild level with a total score of 35.2 1±11.45. The influencing factors were the number of days of care, daily caring hours, hospital anxiety and depression score, the coping style and the ability of patients to perform ADL.
