河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 冷轧带钢的开卷绝大多数采用筒式开卷机，其设备配置较为简单，主要由筒及其传动系统，压紧辊，活动支撑和推卷、卸卷等装置组成。 小型冷带钢开卷机仅用来开卷，有时还用来卷取。在轧制过程中依靠这类开卷设备可以建立前后张力，这样可以降低轧制压力，改善轧辊的轧制稳定性。 根据现场调研，原开卷机的张力较小，现增加了带钢的张力，进行了主要零件的强度计算，并进行了轧机经济效益评价。该开卷机保证卷取的恒定张力，提高了带钢的表面质量。开卷机是成卷轧制和带材精整机组中的重要设备。在可逆式冷、热轧带材轧机的前后均装有开卷机，在不可逆冷、热轧带材轧机以及某些精整作业线上的出口端也装设带材开卷机。开卷机有很大的张力以保证降低轧制压力，减少带钢翘曲现象，从而提高带钢产品质量。 该轧机可供小型冷轧厂使用，具有良好的经济效益。关键词：开卷机，表面质量，恒定张力 The design of decoiling unitabstractOne of the decoiling belted steel fetches the overwhelming majority and adopts reel type a fetching machine, its device layout is comparatively simple, by the reel and transmission mainly , compress tightly the roller , support and pushes one , unload the devices , such as one ,etc. to make up in activity.
