商业银行金融产品创新的现状、问题及对策研究——以招商银行为例
摘要
在经济的全球化和网络化与金融市场的自由化背景下,特别是在中国加入WTO后,外国的银行进入使银行业的竞争越来越激烈。我国对产业自主创新的重视和各种因素引发的金融危机,使我国商业银行只有创新,不断提高商业金融产品创新能力,降低风险,才能在越来越开放的金融市场上立足和不断发展,才能位于不败之地,才能长远的发展。
本文先梳理商业银行金融产品创新相关理论知识,然后介绍商业银行金融产品创新的原因,并总结商业银行金融产品创新的内容、特点和存在的问题。在利率和汇率市场化进程不断加快的基础下,居民收入水平不断提高,银行金融产品缺乏针对性,层次较低等商业银行金融产品创新现状,以招商银行为案例,具体分析我国商业银行金融产品创新。在分析国内外经济金融环境的前提下,本文从政府及企业内部的角度提出了提升我国银行业金融产品创新的具体对策。

ABSTRACT
In economic globalization and network and financial market liberalization background, especially after Chinas accession to the WTO, foreign banks to enter the Chinas commercial banking industry competition is becoming more and more intense. The financial crisis in our country for independent innovation in industry attention and triggered by various factors, Chinas commercial banks only innovation, continuous improvement of business financial product innovation ability, reduce the risk, can in an increasingly open financial market foothold and development, can be in an invincible position, to the long-term development.
This paper first sort and Jane Shao commercial bank financial products innovation related theoretical knowledge and financial product innovation of commercial banks in Jane Shao reason. And summarizes the content of the financial product innovation of commercial banks, the characteristics and the existing problems. Under the foundation of interest rate and exchange rate market process continues to accelerate, the income of residents has improved continuously, bank financial products lack of pertinence, low level of commercial banks financial product innovation now like, China Merchants bank as an example, make a concrete analysis of financial product innovation of commercial banks in our country.
