内蒙古农业大学水利与土木建筑学院毕业设计 设计任务及设计资料 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 17 设 计 概 况 本设计是十层办公楼加三层商铺的给排水及消防设计。本设计主要包括：室内给水系统设计、室内排水系统设计、室内消火栓系统设计和自喷系统设计等。尤其是我国现在水资源缺乏，全国大部分的城市水资源缺乏，这已成为制约我国城市发展和经济建设的主要因素。所以在满足楼房整体用水的同时，水资源的节约也是非常重要的。在选择方案时，选择最佳方案的要求是运行可靠、投资省、节水节能、无污染、维护管理方便、使用时间长等。本设计给水采用分区给水方式，其中低区由市政管网直接供水，高区为单设水泵的给水方式，建筑内部生活污废水采用合流制排出，室内的消防设计采用消火栓和自喷系统。 关 键 词：办公楼 商铺 给排水 消火栓 自喷 ABSTRACT This design is water supply and drainage and fire engineering design for new area ten layers office building. This design includes: indoor water system design, interior drainage system design, interior hydrant system design and the automatic sprinkler system, etc. Especially the shortage of water resources in China, now water shortage in most cities, it has become the restriction of urban development and the main factors of economic construction. So meet whole water use, at the same time saving water is also very important.
