The main conclusions of the study are: (1) government sci-tech funding, financial institutions loans are both quantity to effective patent and sales revenue of new products in high-tech industry ,support the role of government financial technology funding for high technology industry technology innovation is more obvious than loans of financial institutions of science and technology. (2) The risk of venture capital has inhibiting effect on the high technology industry technology innovation. (3) To promote the role of weak capital market to the high-tech industry technology innovation, explains the development of Chinas capital market and high-tech industry to produce the disjointed, did not play its role of providing financing channels and disperse the risk. In this paper, the life cycle theory to study the issue of high-tech industry based on technological innovation of financial support, in order to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of Chinese financial system of multi-level technology.
