On the contrary, if the power supply can not meet the requirements, the electrical equipment will be incapable to work normally. What’s more massive damage could happen. Therefore, the development of society and technology proposed new tasks for the regulated power supply research. Besides, whether the economy and energy of our country could maintain a sustainable development is decided by energy saving and emission reduction which is the only way we can take. This will make the brushless dc motor which is the first important member of electrical control system do a great contribution to the high efficiency low energy consumption motor control system under the low carbon industrial background. In order to realize the neuron PID control algorithm of brushless dc motor which is the core of the design and development of the ac regulated power supply. This paper gradually the target respectively on the hardware design and software design level. Core design train of thought is : The measurement of voltage acquisition module, will provide the single chip microcomputer and PC the actual value of output voltage in real time. Then through the algorithm to modifv the control volume and the diriction and speed of motor in real time. Finally under the condition of changging input voltage, maintain the output voltage around 220V. The application of neuron PID algorithm makes the control precision and reflect speed obviously improved, the output is always table at 220V. In addition, this paper also covers different relative function. First of all, this paper met the integrity need of precision voltage regulator system.
