哈尔 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract In recent years, the river pollution of Shenzhen has become a serious problem as the means of supervision and management ofurban river water quality was far behind the development of economy. Developed countries accumulated much experience in supervision and management ofurban river water quality, among which was the application of water quality models. Based on the experience of developed countries, the search for effective means of supervision and management of urban river water quality has important practical significance. This paper took Shenzhen Buji River (Dafen Reach to the river mouth of Buji River) as the study object, and discussed the importance of using water quality models in the supervision and management ofurban river water quality through three examples. Based on the discussion, measures for better supervision and management ofurban river water quality were suggested. Firstly, the pollution and existing problems in supervision and management of Buji River were discussed. Secondly, water quality models of Buji River were constructed, and para meters were estimated according to monitoring data. Thirdly, the importance of using water quality models in the supervision and management of Buji River was presented through three examples. The first example was the application of BOD-DO waterquality coupling model to forecast conventional pollutant in Buji River. The simulation result offered scientific guidance to the river’s supervision and management. In the second example, an accident of oil pollution was simulated using an one-dimension diffusion model for instantaneous point source of the non-biodegradable pollutants. The simulation result offered important information to decision makers, such as when and where the peak concentration would appear and how long would the pollution last. In the third example one-dimension model for short-last point source of degradable pollution was used to simulate leakage of landfill l
