In order to improve the efficíency of research excavator department introduces UG in 2007 and realize digital design and information management. 1n product development and UG application process ,excavator department need second development to reducc artificial ca1culation because of the revision of the design scheme,Besides Chinas enterprises in the product manufacturing is mainly base engineering drawing,but UG can not completely meet our country enterprise drawing standards,which need to be ctlstomized . This topic base on the cnterprise actua l usage,to improve the design efficiency in excavator-design and first proposed the development train of mathematical relationship and model integrated intelligent design calculation system.
