18m跨轻钢厂房设计 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 本科毕业设计 土木工程 18m跨轻钢厂房设计 Design of 18 Span Light-steel Plant 18m跨轻钢厂房设计 18m跨轻钢厂房设计 PAGE 2 PAGE 3 18m跨轻钢厂房设计 摘要：本设计意在熟悉轻钢厂房设计的特点、基本思路、主要过程和内容；熟悉并掌握钢结构门式刚架施工图绘制的基本方法和特点，完成建筑方案的平面、立面、剖面图，建筑施工图的绘制；掌握PKPM-STS设计软件的运用，并利用其完成结构设计。并解决如下问题：针对课程学习中知识点相对独立、缺乏系统概念，通过对具体案例的设计对钢结构的设计过程形成整体概念，并通过阅读相关资料加强对钢结构的认识；对于CAD软件运用不够熟练、掌握不够细致的问题，以一次完整的设计掌握从建筑平面布置、结构选型到建筑施工图绘制的一整个过程；PKPM-STS软件作为一款付费软件在学习过程中接触较晚、使用较少，在这一次设计中试图掌握PKPM-STS软件在钢结构设计计算中的运用。 关键词：轻钢厂房；施工图绘制；结构设计 Design of 18m Span Light-steel Plant Abstract:This design is intended to know the characteristics of light-steel plant design,the basic idea,the main process and content;learn and master the steel portal frame construction drawing of the basic method and characteristics of the plane to complete the construction plan,elevation,sections,construction mapping;master PKPM-STS design software applications,and use the completed design.And address the following issues:the knowledge points for the course is relatively independent of,the lack of system concept,the design of specific cases through the design process of the steel to form an overall concept,and by reading the relevant information to enhance understanding of the steel;for the use of CAD software skilled enough to master the problem not detailed enough to grasp a complete design layout from the building,structure,selection to the construction of a whole process of drawing;PKPM-STS software as a paid access to master the PKPM-STS software in the use of steel structure design and calculation.
