21m跨轻钢厂房设计 PAGE II 本科毕业设计 土木工程 21m跨轻钢厂房设计 The design of the plant of 21m span light-steel 21m跨轻钢厂房设计 21m跨轻钢厂房设计 PAGE II PAGE III 21m跨轻钢厂房设计 【摘要】厂房位于宁波市郊区，是一所生产用的轻钢厂房。建筑面积为1260m2。厂房采用门式钢架结构，主材采用轻钢材料，屋面板采用75厚的EPS夹芯板。懔条采用卷边C型檩条，梁柱为H型钢，场内设15t桥式吊车一台。墙体1.2m以下用240厚砖墙，1.2m以上用EPS夹芯板板。钢架节点均为刚接，连接选用10.9级高强螺栓，焊接采用熔透的坡口对接焊缝。建筑等级：耐久等级为Ⅱ级，耐火等级为Ⅱ级，不考虑地震作用。地面粗糙度为A类，地基以粉质黏土层为持力层。地下水位在-1.0m处。 【关键字】轻型钢结构 ；门式钢架；;吊车；高强螺栓；焊接；跨度 The design of the plant of 21m span light-steel 【ABSTRACT】The workshop lies in suburb of Ningbo, is a building of light-weighted steel structure just for production.The total area is 1260 m2.The workshop adopts portal frame, primary using the material of light steel products. However, the proof of the building adopts the 75 thick EPS sandwich board. the purline use crimping tank-type purline, both the beam and column use the H section steel. There are one crane in each span. The wall is made up of the 240 thick brick wall below 1.2 m, with EPS sandwich board above 1.2m.The node of the steel frame uses the high strenght bolts of 10.9 class for conjunction, while the column feet uses anchor bolts for conjuction, and the jpinting uses the penetration butt weld.Class of construction: Durable grade Ⅱ,fire protection rating Ⅱ,earthquake intensity 7 degrees.
